The State of North Dakota is seeking bids for the printing of annual park permits for the 2026 season. The permits will be of two types: Single and Family Pass. The Single permit will be a 3"x 3" window cling design, while the Family Pass will include two window clings with a bar code. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the permits by September 15th, 2025. The bid must include unit prices and total prices for each type of permit. • The Single permit will have a quantity of 17,000 and will be printed on clear static cling material with 4 color process + flood coat of opaque white. • The Family Pass will have a quantity of 5,000 and will be printed on clear static cling material with 4 color process + flood coat of opaque white. • The permits will be packaged in sturdy, uniformly sized cartons with a maximum weight of 35 pounds per carton. • The bid is all or none, with no split awards. • The State of North Dakota reserves the right to reject any or all bid responses wholly or in part.
