The County of Fresno's Department of Social Services is seeking a vendor to provide paternity testing services. The contract will have an initial term of three years, with the possibility of extending the service for up to two additional one-year periods. The vendor must be able to perform buccal swab and/or blood draw collections, and provide test results that are legally accepted in court. The vendor must also be able to accommodate out-of-county, state, or country testing requests. • The vendor must maintain a local sample collection facility in Fresno. • The vendor must be able to perform buccal swab and/or blood draw collections as needed for legal use. • The vendor must be able to provide test results that are legally accepted in court. • The vendor must be able to accommodate out-of-county, state, or country testing requests. • The vendor must be able to testify at deposition and/or trials if required.
