The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking a consultant for the Pine Bush Building Renovation – Phase III project. The project involves the renovation of approximately 15,615 square feet of shell space in the Pine Bush building, which is part of the University at Albany's uptown campus. The consultant will provide full architectural and engineering services, including program phase, schematic design, design manual, construction documents, and construction administration. The services required include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, controls, and AV services. • The project is part of a larger renovation effort to update office, instructional, and public spaces, as well as building systems. • The consultant will work with the University to enable the merger of the School of Public Health and the School of Social Welfare as a new combined college on the Uptown Campus. • The project has a minority owned sub-contracting goal of 16%, a women owned sub-contracting goal of 14%, and a service-disabled veteran-owned business contracting goal of 6%.
