The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking bids for the AirTrain Newark Replacement Program – Maintenance and Control Facility (MCF) project. The work under this contract consists of construction of the maintenance, control, and operations building and the elevated maintenance yard. The project includes structural, masonry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, elevator, paving, landscaping, drainage, civil, and related work. The estimated range for this project is $100M - $110M. • The project is part of the program to replace the AirTrain Newark system. • The work will be done at Block 5088 Lots 126, 169, and 138, and vicinity thereof Newark Airport RailLink Station. • Bidders must register on the Bonfire platform to download bid documents and upload bid submissions. • The Port Authority will ensure that disadvantaged business enterprises, minority business enterprises, and woman-owned business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids.
