The US Navy, Military Sealift Command is seeking a sole source vendor to provide a 30" sea suction valve disc for the USNS ROBERT F KENNEDY (T-AO 208). The valve disc is required to be compatible with the existing valve automation and control system. The contract will be awarded to Valve Automation & Controls, and the delivery and acceptance are required by 11/30/25. • The contract is for a firm-fixed price purchase order. • The valve disc must meet the specifications and requirements listed in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide a technically acceptable quote at a fair and reasonable price. • The contract includes various clauses and provisions, such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection.
