The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids for exterior repair and painting at the Avon IRA located at 107 E Main St, Avon, NY 14414. The contractor will be responsible for attending a mandatory site visit to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested prior to bid submission. The project is a NYS public works project, and prevailing wages must be paid. • The contractor must meet all local and state building codes for structural, electrical, plumbing, or as applicable. • All material and tools on the work site must be secure to provide safety to house staff and consumers. • The work site is to be cleared of debris and broom swept at the end of each day. • The contractor must provide a certified payroll when submitting an invoice for payment. • The contractor must maintain insurance during the period of the proposal and contract. • The contractor must guarantee the work for at least one year, including parts, materials, and labor.
