The Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD) is seeking proposals for Contracted Educational Services and Professional Development Services. The contract period will be from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with four additional one-year renewal terms through June 30, 2030. Proposals will be received on a continual basis through June 30, 2026. The district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to accept any bid deemed most advantageous to the CFISD. • The contract includes contracted educational services and professional development services. • Proposals must be submitted via the eBid system electronically. • Bidders are invited to be present at the opening of the bids on the date and time specified. • An updated Electronic Conflict of Interest Questionnaire must be submitted electronically for previous RFP respondents. • Communication with the district must be exclusively with the designated procurement representative, April Vasquez.
