Description:
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is seeking a contractor to provide analytical operational test and evaluation support services for the Expeditionary Warfare Division. The contractor will provide technical and analytical support to assist in the definition, conduct, and analysis of structured Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of US Navy Undersea Warfare systems. The support will be required in various forms, including documentation review, operational test design, test execution, data management, test planning support, test operations support, test analysis and reporting, modeling and simulation support, and program management support. The contractor will work closely with the OPTEVFOR team to ensure that all testing is conducted in accordance with the processes and procedures prescribed in the Operational Test and Evaluation Manual. Some key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Providing support in evaluating the operational effectiveness and suitability of systems under test • Developing and documenting input to the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) • Participating in briefings/meetings in support of OPTEVFOR Test Design activities • Preparing and documenting briefings to include the Integrated Evaluation Framework, Executive In-Process Review, and stakeholder collaboration briefings • Developing and documenting comments to the TEMP related to or affecting OT The contractor will be required to work at the customer's site in Norfolk, VA, with some travel expected to occur both within and outside the continental United States.
