The U.S. Army is seeking vendors that can provide inflatable target decoys to support Army Acquisition Whole Ensemble Testing. The decoys should be visually accurate representatives, produce heat signatures, facilitate radar spoofing, and include inflation blower motors and repair kits. The scope of work includes procurement of three specialized inflatable target decoys. The requirements for each decoy are as follows: • 1:1 scale or 100% of threat vehicle size • Weather resistant - thermal stability from -20 Degrees to 150 Degrees Fahrenheit • Wind Capability: Able to withstand 35mph winds • Rapidly deployable and reconfigured, with an operational set-up time of no longer than 30 minutes • Thermal heating elements and radar target enhancers • Basic artwork model, including headlights, windows, wheels, and turn signals • Deluxe repair kit and ground stakes The Army is seeking information on vendors' capabilities to provide these decoys, including pricing information, delivery schedules, and certifications.
