The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane intends to issue a five-year Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Level-of-Effort task order for Diminishing Manufacturing Sources & Material Shortages (DMSMS) Services. The services are associated with EA-18G Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Suite and P-8A ALQ-240 common assemblies, sub-assemblies, and piece parts. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation.
