The City of South Fulton Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to furnish and install inclusive, ADA-compliant playground equipment at three park locations: Creel Park, Burdett Park, and Old National Park. The project aims to create safe, engaging, and inclusive play areas that accommodate at least 40 children simultaneously. The selected vendor will be required to coordinate the delivery of the chosen playground equipment with the city's designated representative. • The project includes demolition and removal of existing play equipment, supply and installation of commercial-grade playground structures, preparation of site surfaces, grading, and installation of safety surfacing. • The equipment design must meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and utilize International Playground Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) certified equipment. • The city encourages Minority-Owned Businesses, Women-Owned Businesses, Small Business Enterprises, and local Firms to respond to this request for proposals.
