The Department of Management Services (DMS) is seeking proposals for Telecommunications Infrastructure Project Services (TIPS 3) to replace the existing TIPS 2 contract. The contract will provide telecommunications infrastructure project services, including cabling distribution systems and E-Rate Category Two services, to state agencies, political subdivisions, and other eligible entities. The contract is expected to have an average annual spend of approximately $5.5 million. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical merit, pricing, and responsiveness to the solicitation. The contract term is specified in Attachment B, Draft Contract. • The scope of work includes providing commodities and/or contractual services as described in Attachment A, Statement of Work. • The contract will be awarded to up to 10 responsive and responsible respondents in each division for each region. • The evaluation criteria include technical proposal, pricing workbook, and mandatory responsive requirements. • The contract start date is anticipated to be September 30, 2025. • Proposals must be submitted through the MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendor Information Portal (VIP) and the Business Network. • Respondents must register in VIP and the Business Network to participate in the solicitation. • The deadline for submitting questions is July 7, 2025. • The deadline for submitting proposals is August 21, 2025.
