The City of Detroit is seeking quotes for the installation of automatic door operators to align with the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design and current best practices at the Detroit Health Department operating on 100 Mack Ave. The project includes installing automatic door openers on six single doors, providing and installing wireless push button actuators, and performing any necessary carpentry-related repairs. The contractor must have a minimum of three years' experience performing ADA-compliant automatic door operator installations similar in scope to the attached Scope of Work. Key responsibilities include: • Installing automatic door openers on six single doors using Stanley Magic Access Automatic Door Operators or approved equivalent • Providing and installing a total of ten wireless push button actuators • Performing any necessary carpentry-related repairs to accommodate installation • Touch-up painting following installation • Completing all work within 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP)
