This request is for a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm to address WMATA's high-volume and specialized hiring needs. The RPO firm will provide flexible and scalable hiring solutions to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements, aligning with WMATA's Strategic Transformation Plan. The firm will enhance WMATA's capacity to recruit, screen, and develop the candidate pipeline, and onboard high-caliber talent across various roles, including customer service, CDL-requisite positions, law enforcement, and skilled trades. • The RPO firm will manage both full and partial lifecycle recruitment for high-demand and high-volume roles, with an estimated hiring volume of 1,000 to 1,300 positions annually. • The selected firm must demonstrate a proven track record in high-volume recruitment and experience within unionized environments. • The contract is for 3 years (Base Year 1, 2, and 3) as per the line items.
