Description:
The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) services at Station Port O'Connor in Texas. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and providing all necessary personnel, management, materials, supplies, equipment, and tools. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. • The contractor must develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Control Plan (QCP) to monitor and control their performance. • The contractor must provide a draft Project Plan at the Post Award Conference for Government review and comment. • The contractor must provide all necessary insurance and bonds. • The contractor must comply with all safety and health regulations. • The contractor must provide progress reports and attend progress meetings as required. • The contractor must maintain accurate records of all work performed and provide them to the Government upon request.
