The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide scheduled maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, emergency response, and related services for city-owned power generators and automatic transfer switch gear on a scheduled and as-needed basis. The successful offeror must meet all requirements of the RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified. Some key services include monthly inspections, quarterly preventive maintenance, semi-annual preventive maintenance, annual preventive maintenance, and emergency response. • The city requires the contractor to provide maintenance services for generators of various sizes (0-100kW, 101-300kW, 301-750kW, and 751+kW). • The contractor must also provide labor services, including regular hours, overtime, and holiday hours, for technicians, senior/master technicians, and licensed electricians. • The contractor must provide parts and materials, including OEM and non-OEM parts, consumables, and other items. • The contractor must also provide services, including fuel polishing, fuel sample and testing, and tank cleaning.
