Description:
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking sources capable of performing tasks for the NOAA IRO Research Security Program. The primary objective of this effort is to create and implement a comprehensive Federal Research Security Program based on NSPM-33 implementation guidelines. The program will support the agency in enhancing cybersecurity, mitigating risks associated with research data, ensuring compliance with federal security regulations, and establishing a culture of security within NOAA research environments. Some key tasks that the contractor will be expected to perform include: * Assessment and Gap Analysis * Program Design and Framework Development * Policy and Procedure Development * Implementation of NOAA Export Control Policies * Training and Awareness Programs * Incident Response and Testing * Ongoing Monitoring and Compliance * Research Security Program Programmatic Implementation The contractor will also be expected to provide personnel with specific skill sets, such as counterintelligence analysts, technical writers, and management analysts.
