The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, is seeking a contractor to supply high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fenders to support maintenance operations at locks along the Illinois Waterway. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to manufacture and deliver the required fenders. The fenders must be constructed of HDPE, include embedded fiberglass reinforcement, and meet specifications to be provided in the solicitation. The delivery shall be FOB Destination to Peoria, Illinois, and the required delivery is within 20 weeks after receipt of order. • The contractor must provide HDPE fenders in two different sizes: 20’ x 10” x 7” (10 each) and 21’ x 10” x 8” (20 each). • The fenders must meet specifications to be provided in the solicitation. • The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to manufacture and deliver the required fenders.
