The Town of Estes Park is seeking bids for painting services for the Town Hall building. The project includes painting specified offices, meeting spaces, hallways, and staircases, as well as select doors and frames. The work must be completed after hours or on weekends due to daily operations and Town functions. The contractor will be responsible for mobilization, construction management, administrative duties, insurance, and warranty. The project is expected to last 90 calendar days. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project. • The contractor must work after hours (5:00 pm - 7:00 am) and/or on weekends. • The contractor must provide a list of names of workers who will be working inside the Police Department area for background checks. • The contractor must complete the Construction Timeline and submit it with the bid. • The contractor must provide a Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Payment Bond.
