The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking information from potential contractors to support the Crash Investigation Sampling System (CISS) Primary Sampling Units (PSUs) Operations Center. The contractor will be responsible for managing the PSUs, collecting data, and providing support for the CISS program. The contract will consist of thirteen performance areas, including PSU operations, data collection, quality control, and training. The contractor must have experience in crash investigation, data collection, and analysis, as well as the ability to manage a team of crash technicians and provide support for the CISS program. Key tasks include: • PSU operations and management • Data collection and coding • Quality control and assurance • Training and support for crash technicians • Special studies and data collection • Transition and closeout procedures The contractor must be able to provide timely, efficient, and effective support for the PSU Operations Center and the CISS program.
