The City of Cave Springs is seeking bids for the construction of approximately 3,650 linear feet of new concrete sidewalk, including associated curb and gutter, storm drain installation, paving, and retaining wall construction. The project is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws, and other federal laws. The City encourages all qualified small, minority, and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. • The project is funded by the City of Cave Springs. • The project includes construction of new concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, storm drain installation, paving, and retaining wall construction. • Bids shall be on a unit price basis. • The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. • The City encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority, and women business enterprises.
