The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is seeking highly skilled, private developers with the interest and capacity to undertake the Stamford Transit Oriented Development (TOD)/Joint Development Project at the Stamford Transportation Center (STC). The project involves the delivery of a design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM) multimodal transit facility that is closely integrated and co-developed with Transit Oriented Development within the Project Site.
