The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a contractor to provide landscape and irrigation services for the Wagon Road Park-n-Ride Phase 2 project. The project includes the completion of the landscape design and the repair of the irrigation system. The contractor will be responsible for providing the necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to install the overall landscape and irrigation design. The work shall be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and provisions of the Contract, Plans, and Specifications for the proposed Irrigation and Landscaping Services. • The project includes mobilization, traffic control, erosion control, storm drain inlet protection, tree protection fencing, and other related tasks. • The contractor shall perform on-site work equivalent to at least 51 percent of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract. • The contractor shall provide a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. • The contract duration is 120 days, and the contractor shall complete the work within this timeframe. • The contractor shall submit a pricing form, which includes the unit cost and total cost for each line item. • The contractor shall provide a scope of work and technical specifications, which include the details of the landscape and irrigation design.
