The City of Saratoga Springs is seeking bids for the Water Distribution Pipe Replacement Project - Phase 3. The project includes the installation of 4,000 linear feet of water mains along Clinton Street, Carriage House Lane, and Lathrop Avenue. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary for the completion of the project. The project is expected to be substantially complete by October 15, 2026, and finally complete by November 15, 2026.
