The Department of Environmental Protection is seeking a contractor to provide remedial action services for the Petroleum Products Corporation Superfund Site. The contractor will be responsible for completing the remedial action in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract will have an initial term of 5 years with the option for up to 3 renewal years. The contractor must have experience in environmental remediation and must meet the minimum mandatory requirements outlined in the RFP.
