The Marine Corps Installation East-Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune is seeking a contractor to provide annual calibration of flow meters at their four drinking water treatment plants and one advanced wastewater treatment plant. The contractor will be required to inspect and calibrate all flow meters, provide recommendations for repair or replacement, and submit a final report. The period of performance is 12 months, and the contractor will be required to provide services Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The contractor must have an ISA Certified Control Systems Technician Level II Certificate and a NICET Level III Industrial Instrumentation Certification. • The contractor will be responsible for calibrating 60 flow meters. • The contractor will be required to provide a calibration schedule within 30 days of contract award. • The contractor will be required to submit a final report within 30 days after calibration of all flow meters. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and safety standards. • The contractor must have the necessary qualifications and certifications to perform the work.
