The Secretary of the Air Force Office of Public Affairs (SAF/PA) is seeking a contractor to provide a web-based social media monitoring and management tool. The contractor will be responsible for providing a tool that provides social media account management, governance management and workflow, social media monitoring, listening and monitoring, assessments and analytics, and reporting. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award with a 12-month base period and four one-year options, and a six-month option to extend services.
