Description:
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is seeking a contractor to provide up to 535 Tractor, Rubber Tired, Articulated Steering Multipurpose (TRAM) vehicles. The TRAM is a medium scoop loader equipped with a 4-in-1 multipurpose bucket and fork attachment, designed to operate over uneven and unprepared surfaces. The contract will be a firm fixed-priced (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a period of performance of ten years. The contractor will be responsible for providing program management, logistics support, material, services, CONUS and OCONUS training, and necessary support documentation. • The contract will be evaluated utilizing the Best Value Continuum method. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. • The contractor must provide all material, services, and necessary support documentation needed to complete the tasks identified in the solicitation documents. • The contract includes five 12-month ordering periods, followed by five 12-month option periods.
