The Ohio Tuition Trust Authority is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive advertising and marketing services to promote the Ohio 529 CollegeAdvantage program. The contractor will be responsible for developing campaigns and materials to enhance awareness among Ohioans of the program, with a focus on the Ohio 529 CollegeAdvantage Direct Plan. The contractor's objectives include increasing general awareness of the program, effectively communicating the benefits of savings for college, and reaching target audiences with messages that cause consumers to take action. The contractor will also be responsible for steadily increasing new accounts and contributions to the program. The contract term will be from October 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, with the option for renewal. Some key requirements for the contractor include: * Experience in media buying and placement across a mix of platforms, including digital, social, and print * Ability to select the appropriate channels for creative pieces and facilitate and optimize the buy(s) to create the greatest impact * Ability to track, pivot, and ensure effectiveness of the marketing efforts * Ability to provide in-depth analysis and reporting of the marketing efforts * Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, including those related to advertising and marketing * Ability to work collaboratively with the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority and other stakeholders to achieve the program's goals.
