The City of Venice, Florida, is seeking a public assembly facility management company to provide management services for the Venice Community Center. The selected company will be responsible for managing the community center, including providing a management plan that describes their approach to the scope of services. The scope of services includes building and facilities management, business management, exhibition/exposition management, food management, housekeeping management, support services, and property management. • The management company will be required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference on January 5th, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. • The management company will be asked to present a management plan, which includes a description of their approach to the scope of services. • The city is entertaining and reviewing its options as it relates to an Operating Agreement for this facility with a qualified management company.
