The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EOEEA) is announcing a new common application for seven existing grant programs that support resilience to climate change for communities and the natural environment. The Environment and Climate One Stop (ECO One Stop) is intended to provide a single point of entry to applicants. The programs included are: • Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Action Grants • Coastal Resilience • Culvert Replacement – Municipal Assistance • Dam and Seawall Repair or Removal • Coastal Habitat and Water Quality • Cooling Corridors • Land Use Planning Assistance The ECO One Stop application is expected to be posted to COMMBUYS in January 2026. Potential applicants are encouraged to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) via the online web form by October 28, 2025, to receive feedback on their concepts for grant applications prior to applying.
