The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking a contractor to provide a Qortek Multi-Channel Test Set, PN MD2434501, on a sole source basis. The contractor must deliver the item within 20 weeks from the award date, and the delivery is required to be F.O.B. Destination, Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island. The Government has determined that only Qortek has the proprietary technology to fulfill this requirement. • The contractor must provide a unique item identifier (UID) for all delivered items with a unit acquisition cost of $5,000.00 or more. • The Government's method of payment will be electronic payment via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). • The contractor must comply with various FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses, including those related to safeguarding covered defense information and cyber incident reporting. • Active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) is required prior to award.
