The City of Cleveland's Department of Public Utilities is seeking a service provider to develop, market, implement, and manage a Residential Plumbing Protection Program for its customers. The program will provide optional protection plans for emergency repairs to water service lines, sewer service lines, and internal plumbing facilities. The selected service provider will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, establishing a 24/7 call center, and hiring and maintaining a network of licensed, bonded plumbers and contractors. The program will offer various plans, including water service line protection, sewer service line protection, water heater repair and replacement, and interior plumbing repair protection.
