The United States Space Force is seeking a contractor to provide ground operations and development support services for the Research and Development Space and Missile Operations (RDSMO) program. The contractor will be responsible for providing systems engineering, integration, and sustainment support, as well as development and integration of new capabilities. The contract will have a 3-year base period with two 1-year options. The contractor will be required to provide support for various ground system instantiations, including the Common User Equipment & Communications (CUE & COMM), the Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) Support Complex (RSC), and Jaguar. The contractor will also be required to provide program management support, including resource allocation, risk management, and configuration management.
