The City of Brooklet is seeking engineering and/or architectural firms to provide services for a potential FY 2025 Southeast Crescent Regional Commission – State Economic and Infrastructure Development Grant. The purpose of the project is to provide water infrastructure improvements. Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed in the State of Georgia to provide these services. The proposal should include information such as history of firm and resources, experience, key personnel/qualifications, current workload, scope and level of service proposed, and fees and/or percentages associated with the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for the application. • The project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. • Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. • The City of Brooklet abides by various laws, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. • Proposals should be received no later than 5:00 PM on July 1st, 2025. • The City of Brooklet reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the proposal process.
