Description:
The California Military Department is seeking a contractor to provide gate operator repair services at the Stockton Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS) located at 8020 S. Airport Way, Stockton, CA 95206. The contractor will be responsible for replacing the gate operator and keypad. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder. The contractor must possess a type D-28 - Doors, Gates, and Activating Devices license or subcontract to one. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, taxes, insurance, permits, transportation, and supervision to replace the gate operator and keypad. • The contractor must comply with the terms, conditions, and requirements of the Invitation for Bid (IFB). • The contractor must submit a bid that includes all costs involved in performing the full scope of the service. • The contractor must attend a pre-bid job walk, although it is optional. • The contractor must submit questions regarding the IFB to Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 9/17/2025.
