Budget Estimate (AI):

$200,000 – $500,000

The budget for this project is not explicitly stated, but based on the scope of work and the fact that it is funded by a Federal Planning Grant, it is likely to be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000. This estimate is influenced by the complexity of the project, the need for a comprehensive Feasibility Study, and the potential for future funding opportunities. The selected consultant will need to provide a detailed budget as part of their proposal, which will likely include costs for personnel, travel, and other expenses.
