Description:
The project involves repairing Runway 05R/23L and Taxiway F on Kadena airfield to a fully operational status. This includes full depth replacement of existing concrete slabs and asphalt concrete shoulder, removal and disposal of existing grass on AC shoulder, and repaint pavement markings. The contractor must be licensed and registered to perform work in Japan and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The Government will evaluate qualifications and award a single firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible Offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and offers the best overall value to the Government.
