The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking to procure a Lochinvar Knight Fire XL Water Tube Boiler and related accessories. The contract will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis, and all costs associated with the requirement must be included in the quoted price. The Government will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. • The boiler system must meet the specifications outlined in the attached Requirements List. • The contractor must be an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted. • The contractor must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming their authorization. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
