The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a contractor to provide lawn maintenance and snow removal services at the Congressman Frank Evans Pueblo Distribution Center in Pueblo, Colorado. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and ensuring a safe and functional exterior environment at the facility. The services required include mowing, edging, weed removal, debris cleanup, snow plowing, sidewalk clearing, and application of ice melt or sand. The contract period is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with lawn care commencing when the irrigation system is active and continuing for approximately 30 weeks. Snow removal will be conducted as needed based on snowfall accumulation or upon request during the contract period. • The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to complete the work. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to grounds and snow maintenance. • The contractor shall supply and safely handle all lawn care and snow/ice treatment products in accordance with local regulations and safety guidelines. • The contractor shall avoid damage to landscaping infrastructure and report and/or repair any caused damages. • The contractor shall comply with the Service Contract Act of 1965 (FAR Subpart 22.10) and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws.
