The Massachusetts Veterans Homes at Chelsea and Holyoke are seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide full-service preventive maintenance, inspection, and corrective repair services for medical equipment. The selected vendor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, technology, supervision, and support services in accordance with all applicable regulations and guidelines. The contract duration is expected to be 2 years with 3 options to renew for 1 year each. • Preventive maintenance completed on time • Emergency/unscheduled repairs initiated within 24 hours of request • Equipment tagging with inspection date and next due date • Service visit documentation and reporting submitted accurately and on time • Compliance with CMS, DPH, and NFPA 99 inspection standards • Technician compliance with infection control and safety protocols • Response time to inquiries or documentation requests
