The City of Moreno Valley is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to design the relocation and expansion of the Business & Employment Resource Center (BERC). The BERC will be moving from its current 3,500-square-foot facility to a new 35,000-square-foot interior space within a commercial development. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a full range of professional services required for the design, documentation, and construction administration of the project. Key components of the project include individual workstations, training and workshop rooms, private office spaces, employee workspaces, reception area, restrooms, and support facilities.
