The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) anticipates soliciting proposals for an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for VISN 8 for Caribbean VA Healthcare System (VAHCS). The IDIQ MATOC will cover major medical facilities and other related off-site VA medical facilities in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The work may include construction, repair, and alteration of facilities, interior and exterior renovations, and other construction-related work. • The MATOC will cover all construction projects, with a maximum overall contract value of $700,000,000. • The ordering period of the IDIQ MATOC will be five years, with each task order having its own period of performance. • The minimum guarantee is $1,000.00, and the maximum value for each task order will be between $1,000 and $50,000,000. • The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
