Massachusetts Bay Community College is seeking a vendor to provide PeopleSoft Managed Services, including support, monitoring, and maintenance of their PeopleSoft Financials and Campus Solutions applications systems. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who offers the best combination of price, capability, and varied service options. The vendor must have at least six years of experience providing similar services and must demonstrate expert functional knowledge of the applications. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewals. • The vendor will be responsible for maintaining application and server patches and maintenance packs, performing network performance tuning, and troubleshooting operation system issues. • The vendor will also provide "bucket of hours" for dedicated PS Financials Functional Support and Campus Solutions functional and technical support. • The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, orders, regulations, and codes. • The vendor must also comply with the College's policies on sexual harassment and non-discrimination.
