The Ohio Attorney General’s Office is seeking a supplier to provide an offender management system to track and monitor individuals convicted of arson, violent, child victim, and sex crimes. The proposed system must comply with all regulations and mandates of both federal and state of Ohio laws and must ingest and transform all offender data managed and maintained by the AGO. The system should provide secure, multi-platform access to offender records, ensure data integrity, and enable secure data exchange with internal and external systems. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing licensing, training, maintenance, and support for the system. • The system must meet functional requirements such as data management, user access and roles, search and query functionality, public access portal, notifications, forms, and alerts. • The system must also meet security requirements such as ensuring data encryption, authentication and access control, vulnerability management, and security audits. • The selected vendor must demonstrate technical capacity to seamlessly assume or transition services and strategic vision to support ongoing innovation and future improvements. • The contract is expected to be signed in early 2026, with a negotiated term necessary to complete the requirements detailed in the RFP.
