The Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) is seeking a training vendor to provide economic well-being training and consultation to CDEC Family Strengthening Program partner agencies. The selected vendor will be required to have a minimum of two years of experience in creating and delivering training on economic well-being for family-based programs, and must demonstrate experience in creating, delivering, and providing training in multiple formats. The vendor will be responsible for hosting and providing accessible online economic well-being training, and must provide an example of economic well-being training content that is strengths-based, grounded in behavioral science, and considers an individual's psychological, emotional, and cultural relationship to finances. Some key aspects of this project include: • Providing economic well-being training and consultation to CDEC Family Strengthening Program partner agencies • Having experience in creating and delivering training on economic well-being for family-based programs • Demonstrating experience in providing consultation and support services to family support professionals • Measuring training effectiveness and demonstrating that participants receiving economic well-being training progress in their understanding of the content • Providing a comprehensive training evaluation plan and assessing participant satisfaction for quality improvement
