Description:
The Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a proposal for the MAGCIS Ion Source Upgrade. The proposal should include the following: • The requested items/services listed under Bill of Materials (Attachment C) with no exceptions • A delivery date of 09/24/2025 • A technically acceptable proposal that meets all specified requirements • A proposal that is the lowest-priced offer that meets all specified requirements The scope of work includes the upgrade of the MAGCIS Ion Source for the existing Nexsa G2 X-ray Photoelectron Spectrometer. The proposal should be submitted in MS Excel, MS Word, or PDF formats and should include all necessary information, such as company profile, signing authority, proposal validity, and FOB and shipping terms.
