The City of Palmdale is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide On-Call Multiple Disciplinary Professional Services for various projects, including Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Plan Check Review, Architectural Design, Landscape Architectural, Environmental, Project Management, Construction Management, and Construction Observer services. The selected consultants will provide services on an as-needed basis for a term of three years with two one-year options. The scope of work includes providing professional services for various Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs), including preparing engineering feasibility studies, conceptual designs, project plans, and specifications, as well as providing construction support services, environmental documentation, and grant administration services. • The City is seeking consultants with experience in working with public agencies and providing services similar to those described in the RFQ. • The selected consultants will be required to have a full-time service office in Southern California and provide services on an as-needed basis. • The City reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by the respondent fails to satisfy the City that the respondent is properly qualified to carry out the contract's obligations. • The City will evaluate proposals based on the respondent's qualifications, experience, and ability to provide the required services.
