Budget Estimate (AI):

$200,000 – $400,000

Based on the construction budget of $8,300,000, the budget for the Construction Manager at Risk is likely to be a percentage of the total project cost. A typical fee range for CMAR services is between 2-5% of the construction cost. Assuming a 3.5% fee, the estimated budget for the CMAR would be approximately $290,500. However, this is just an estimate, and the actual budget will depend on the specific terms of the contract and the services provided. Factors that may influence the budget include the complexity of the project, the level of expertise required, and the scope of services provided.
