The Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge (BREC) is seeking proposals from qualified HVAC contractors to provide on-call HVAC services on an as-needed basis. The selected contractor(s) will be expected to perform work parish-wide across BREC’s facilities and properties. The scope of work includes planning, design, installation, maintenance, and support services for new and existing HVAC systems. The contractor must ensure all HVAC work is compatible with current infrastructure and meets applicable codes, regulations, and ADA requirements. • The contract will be for a period of 3 years • The contractor must have experience in providing HVAC services to government or private entities • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary services, including planning, design, installation, maintenance, and support • The contractor must ensure that all work is done in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and ADA requirements • The contractor must be able to provide services on an as-needed basis • The contractor must be able to work parish-wide across BREC’s facilities and properties
